Nope. Not looking at this photo. Can’t make me. There will be no inter-species snorgling today: I’m on a strict diet and will not cheat.

*waves baby bun fresh outta the oven under Birdcage’s nose*

  2. Luv Bunny March 13, 2016 / 10:18 am

There’s nothing ho hum about dogs snorgling adorable bebeh bunnehs. I wish I was the one snorgling them.

  3. Faye March 13, 2016 / 10:48 am

Why does doggah get to snorgle bunnys and I don’t? Where does this doggah live? Maybe he will let me touch those bunnys.

    • Haha March 13, 2016 / 1:45 pm

That is an awesome idea! Somebody share with Faye. šŸ™‚

I had to get up an hour earlier because of stupid daylight savings time. This picture eases the strain.

I work in child care with two-year-olds. Maybe I can take tomorrow off and this dog can fill in for me; wonder if he’s a herder?

    • allein March 13, 2016 / 2:51 pm

He looks like he might be an Australian Shepherd. He’d probably keep them in line.

  7. Mel March 13, 2016 / 2:36 pm

Are those by any chance carnivorous rabbits? Just saying, because it looks the like one on the right has been chowing down on the puppehs leg XD

Well spotted! Poor doggie. Maybe bunny will kiss it better

I went to the Imgur page and had to share this comment from ‘AcousticGstring’:

The buns are so tiny, but you can already see the disapproval forming.

  10. cheshirekittehkat March 13, 2016 / 3:22 pm

You mean this large furry creature is not their mother?? The bunnies seem happy and content, and seem to have accepted it as Maum…. And the little furballs could have even imprinted on the quasi-
maternal figure by now…. Since it’s even partially the same color as the bebbehs, I say they should keep the status quo of having a substitute mom for now…….!! šŸ˜‰

    AUGH! You’re killing me here!!!!!

    Must . . . find a way . . . to get into . . . the computer . . . to get closer . . . to the cuteness . . .

  12. Kar March 13, 2016 / 7:54 pm

I need to snorgle that puppy while he’s snorgling those baby bunnehs

    • hilz March 14, 2016 / 10:10 am

It’s a snorglesbord!! (I submit this new word to the cuteness dictionary. At least, I think it’s new)

  13. Lurkingduck March 13, 2016 / 8:56 pm

Faye, we need a general delivery address so that we can send you bunny fur to snorgle.

    • Faye March 13, 2016 / 9:07 pm

Some experiences you have to strive for on your own.

I’m seriously considering attending my Country Fair and reporting back.

      • Haha March 13, 2016 / 10:09 pm

        Oh please, yes.
It is now similar to the feeling of a favorite author in the middle of a series.
The last book’s installment ended with NTMTOM’s Faye being on a righteous quest. The prize seems achievable, yet will the path be smooth. Will the end be a gift, or a disappointing end that does not tie up the loose ends. Will the county faire be the bustling thriving commerce, or a den of iniquity. Will Faye touch the buntifical ambrosia. Find out after forever when the next installment is offered.

        • allein March 13, 2016 / 10:28 pm

I think NTMTOM needs to make a post series for this story.

        • Faye March 14, 2016 / 12:00 am

I shall take up the quest that has interrupted my sleepy retirement. I humbly call on the CUTE to awaken me to new adventures as I seek out the one known as BUNNYS. O may I be protected from their legendary DISAPPROVAL and rather be rewarded with one touch, however brief, of that which has herein at NTMTOM been told to me, of cloud soft baby bunny fur. ?

          • Faye March 14, 2016 / 12:34 am

            Yikes. No county fair.
Hmmm. The quest is tricky. Will update. ?

            • Brandi March 14, 2016 / 7:59 am

The American Rabbit Breeder Association (ARBA) has bun shows all over the US. Except for the national show they have once a year, all the shows we’ve been to have let anyone in. Usually the only people there are rabbit breeders who are showing, but anyone who wants to could walk in. That would be an easy way to pet bunnies of all breeds. Pretend you are interested in buying a bunny and the breeder will let you hold them (or, if you told them you had never touched a bunny and desperately wanted to, they would probably take pity on you and allow it). You could even compare and contrast bunny breed softness if you went around trying to touch them all! Here’s a list of the shows: https://www.arba.net/showsSearch.php Just enter your state and maybe a show near you will pop up! Good luck in your quest.

            • 6rabbits March 14, 2016 / 10:02 pm

I can’t believe that bun is just sitting there like that! ? My buns do NOT approve of this rabbit’s loss of dignity for the amusement of his human!

            • allein March 14, 2016 / 10:12 pm

              6Rabbits –

Well, he did get to eat it. (And the castle.)

        • Faye March 14, 2016 / 12:15 pm

Thank you all. Hi Brandi. I looked at the link. NY State is huge. I’m at the southern most part of NY and the most urban other than NYC. No bunny shows even remotely near me. But thank you so much.

I did find a bunny rescue organization. I may contact them. However, seeing the bunnys needing homes and reading each bunny’s story made me want my own bunny which I cannot. Sigh.

I’m resisting just walking into a pet store. Especially this time of year. I do not want to see store bunnys. Sigh.

This did get me thinking about all the animals I have never touched during my life. I may broaden my quest.

I only have a good twenty years left. So maybe the quest should be more about how many “touching” experiences I can have with anipals before I check out.

          Will update. ?

          • Haha March 14, 2016 / 3:46 pm

            And with that,
“Iā€™m resisting just walking into a pet store. Especially this time of year. I do not want to see store bunnys. Sigh.”
The quest is proven to be honorably conducted. Good on you. šŸ™‚

            • Faye March 14, 2016 / 7:19 pm

HaHa I raise my Questing Staff in your general direction.

          • 6rabbits March 14, 2016 / 7:58 pm

A request on Craig’s List perhaps? “Needed: one baby bun for short-term experimental snorgling.” ? There’s gotta be someone close to you with a house rabbit! I can’t believe you’ve no county fair–that is just WRONG. And I agree your quest should be a book! Get writing someone!

            • Faye March 14, 2016 / 8:10 pm

Craig’s List Ad: woman seeks rabbit for touching experience.

              Em. Creepy. Lol.

            • 6rabbits March 14, 2016 / 9:57 pm

Okay, Faye, I can see why a request like that might not be interpreted correctly! ? I’ m just trying to get you some bunny snorgles!! I guess I’ve been taking for granted the availability of cuddley buns in the midwest! If you are in that big of a metropolis, there should be a branch of the ASPCA somewhere near you!? It should not be this hard to pet a bunny!

            • Faye March 14, 2016 / 10:15 pm

6Rabbits. I hear you. I think the rescue will be my best bet.

If I lived alone I would already have adopted a bunny.

P.s. The rescue bunnys had such varied stories and personalities. As I’m sure you know. Quite eye opening for me. Sigh.

              Must reread Watership Down.

I seem to have acquired vicariouse bunny brain due to NTMTOM cute posts. Unintended consequences of the cute.

          • Lurkingduck March 14, 2016 / 9:41 pm

Faye, is the bunny rescue place close enough for you to volunteer there? You’d have all the bunnies you could want, and you’d be helping lonely bunnies find furever homes. Good deeds being rewarded just by doing them.

            • Faye March 14, 2016 / 9:56 pm

I am going to send an email tomorrow. Some bunnys are fostered in various homes. But others seem grouped in a location about 40 min. away. You are so right. I may be able to volunteer. Wouldn’t that be a righteous outcome! Will update.

          • allein March 14, 2016 / 10:09 pm

“Will update” is quickly becoming my favorite part of this little saga.

            • Faye March 14, 2016 / 10:21 pm

Allein, Will Update would be a great name for a bunny! or the title of my quest.

What about Uber? They deliver Kittens and Puppies, not Baby buns?
