HOW does anyone get a pet fox? Aren’t they totally wild?
This one is definitely a hoot!

Mine must be a winter white fox in a snowy field as I have a white space where the picture is usually located.

Wow! It finally became a different season. That was awesome, and I did get the winter white fox part right.

Are you sure it wasn’t a silent protest for having to wear a collar? Remarkably domesticated for a wild animal.

    And so fluffy!!!

It is a beauty, but I am really afraid something is wrong with it, healthwise.

So, now we finally know what the fox says.

“Ya cha cha cha cha cha cha” sounds remarkably correct, actually.

I live in the woods and in the 8 years I’ve been here I thought I’d seen or heard every animal that inhabits this area, until one night I went outside and heard something totally different – kind of a drawn out yipping noise. Definitely not a dog or coyote though. It was dark, but I saw the silhouette of 2 animals run through the yard and back into the woods, making that sound the whole time. Could NOT figure out what they were, until someone suggested foxes and I Googled fox vocalizations.

Evidently it’s the sound they make when they’re fighting, or play-fighting. Not sure what this guy is trying to say, unless he’s mad at the guy for interrupting his nap. 😛
