Animal Defensive Mechanisms

When threatened by predators, the puffercat (floofus maximus) swells up to twice its normal size, distracting attackers with its floofy underbelly because who doesn’t want to snuggle such a floofy belleh, am I right? Who’s got a floofy widdle tum-tum? Who’s got a floofy-woofy widdle tummy-tum-tum? Is it you? Is — it — you?

The puffercat floof will overwhelm and defeat any clothing in a color darker than itself. (And watch out for the pointy bits concealed in its extremities!)

It’s 60% floof, trust me. I’ve seen a good number of unintentionally drenched cats.

  16. Clairdelune April 12, 2016 / 7:04 pm

OMG, this kitty is wearing one of those oversized fur coats fashionable in the 1920’s. 😀

Fabulous floof!! Could be a WMD used for psychological warfare… reducing a whole segment of the population into blubbering idiots longing to tough the floof… OK, I have to stop looking and thinking about it.
