Catching up with Eeyore

“I am pretty low-key,” admits the Disney star, now enjoying a relaxing retirement in Costa Rica. “I think that’s what made playing the part so easy.” But he quickly notes the glumness was just an act. “I mean, if I was Debbie Downer in real life, could I get all these cute babes? (Ooh, scratch a little lower, love. Cheers.)”

That’ll do, Cheryl S.

I don’t know… I feel like if Pooh were going to kill any of his fellow Hundred Acre Woodsians, he’d opt for that stingy Rabbit, not beloved Eeyore.

I love the “pin the tail on the donkey” tail on the wall!!!?

      • Haha May 13, 2016 / 1:05 pm

So, instead of hearing the heart beating, would he see the tail twitching?

Oh, my, yes, nice touch. I so want to be there with that little darlin’ – perhaps we could organize a field trip?

Oh, dear – “ISWYDT” translation, if you please? (So embarrassing)

          • Murray C. May 13, 2016 / 6:11 pm

Thank you – it was the “donk” that should have been a clue.

    • sugitomo May 13, 2016 / 10:14 pm

      Yep, my exact thought!

I would be willing to volunteer to work on a scientific study designed to determine which animals like belleh scritches.

    ?I’d like to be
    Under a tree
With a donkey in a hammoc in the shade. ?
Im sure The Beatles don’t mind me channeling them. 🙂

He looks so fuzzy, like a cross between a poodle and a pony.

    • Faye May 13, 2016 / 10:58 am

I thought it might be a dogkey.

I would paint the pink of the tongue all the way!!

I don’t need to translate what the girl in the video is saying.. it’s pretty obvious that, just like us, she is swooning over the dongkey

    • Murray May 13, 2016 / 11:12 pm

      I beg your pardon????

      • allein May 13, 2016 / 11:19 pm

I didn’t know it was that kind of site! ?

(Though if I’m not mistaken, Mariana’s first language is not English.)

        • Murray May 13, 2016 / 11:30 pm

I’m being a tad naughty – I knew it was probably a mistake but it made me laugh and I just couldn’t let it alone – tsk, tsk.

          • allein May 13, 2016 / 11:32 pm

            lol…I laughed too but I couldn’t think of a good comment. 😛

            • Faye May 14, 2016 / 10:18 am

Does anyone remember Meryl Streap mangling the word Seersucker (use your imagination) in a Polish accent in the movie Sophie’s Choice? One tiny laugh in such a sad and horrific movie.

              • Murray C. May 14, 2016 / 12:34 pm

NO! It’s been so long since I saw the movie, but I could’ve missed it anyway. Hard movie to watch, indeed.

          • Mariana May 14, 2016 / 3:22 pm

Oh gosh. Oh no. I’m sorry. I didn’t realise what I was typing. Actually I still don’t but I guess is somewhat naughty. My bad.
Allein is right: I’m Portuguese (that’s why I mentioned translating the girl in the video – Brazilian)
            Sorry..!

            • Murray C. May 14, 2016 / 3:27 pm

PLEASE don’t be sorry – it’s really rather dear and we knew it was a mistake. And thanks for clearing up which language was being spoken – it was as I thought, but I wasn’t sure. And I bet if I wrote something in Brazilian I’d make mistakes that would be doozies!?

Can’t believe no one made any jokes about having their ass in a sling

    • Murray C. May 14, 2016 / 9:41 am

Thank goodness we have you to do it for us!?

      • Faye May 14, 2016 / 10:18 am

        Lol! Thank you Kar.
