Hey Little Human – Sure, your dog has a bigger car with a fancy “non-dad-enabled” engine, but at least you have better fashion sense than Fido.

Yes! The fashion police should’ve stopped that doggie before she causes a major gaper crash.

The look of chagrin on that kid’s face is fantastic. I would feel the same way, kiddo.

      Yes, his reaction is perfect!

The look on his face just made this video. That was great!

I would consider springing for satellite if it could connect to the Hubble telescope. That would be pretty cool!

One of my daily sites to check:
Nasa’s Astronomy Picture of the Day

APOD is my interwebs home page! To heck with landing on a search page, I’ve to get my daily fix of NASA!

Yay, another space nerd! There is a filing cabinet in front of my cube, which is not mine and I don’t know what’s in it (nor have I ever seen anyone actually go in it since I moved to this cube five months ago), but I have decided the top is reasonably considered an extension of my desk. ;P I have a coffee-table book of Hubble images on there, which I turn to a random page every so often.

I have a folder on my links bar at work and I just open them all in tabs first thing when I get into the office. APOD, a couple comic strips, The Daily Puppy, and Barnes & Noble’s Nook Daily Find (which hasn’t had anything good in quite a while but I keep checking out of a possibly-misguided sense of optimism), and http://www.emergencykitten.com. (NTMTOM is not included because I get an email whenever there’s a new post so I don’t need to check it).

Are you familiar with SpaceWeather.com or with the NASA “Daily Natural Hazards” and “Weekly Natural Hazards” images emails? if not, you would LOVE them! Satellite imagery from around the world and from outer space.

I am not! I’ll check them out when I get home tonight! 🙂

Thank you both for the interesting links!

lol…I googled NASA “Daily Natural Hazards” and this post was about the 5th result. 😛

      Yes. I love that site.

Thanks for all this info – I love these images but don’t always think to go there. I try not to spend too much time at my computer. Amazing how this thread went from a dog driving a convertible to NASA. WHOT a group!?

Inexplicably to all who knew him as a modest disciplined man, this kid is gonna blow all his retirement money on a red Porche when he hits 64, saying, I don’t get it either, but something from my past compelled me. Sigh.

That dog is totally Stitch from Lilo and Stitch.

And I was thinking, “that kid is the new Spanky!” If anyone else is old enough to remember Our Gang / Little Rascals comedies (TV reruns, of course!) Very similar dramatic reactions.

This is why I don’t have cat furniture in my house. I keep telling people that the cats can’t have bigger or nicer furniture than me.

Did that dog throw shade the way of the humans when she stopped past them too?
