    I think it was Dorothy Parker who said “You can lead a horticulture, but you can’t make her think.” Is that too racy for this site? I hope not. My Mom had a gardening apron with that quote on it.

      I came up with that all by myself when I was young. I knew I couldn’t have been the only person to have thought of it – it seemed too obvious – but I didn’t know about the Dorothy Parker Connection.

      love the Medusa plant – don’t look at it! Those gazelles or whatever they are used to be people.
