It’s Oink Week!

“So here’s how we get the beach to ourselves: We put on the shark suits and swim out a bit, then we go back and forth with the fins poking out of the water. Bob here likes to open a bunch of ketchup packets in the water. Kind of seals the deal, you might say.”

You’re killing me, NOMTOM. Seriously. But in a good way.

They look like a couple of really fun guys! They must have been a riot on spring break!

Hope they have sunscreen…don’t wanna be bacon in the sun!

Never be sorry for punnage, Allein.

Agreed. While a pun may or may not be what you think is your best effort only the group can really weigh in on it. The puns job is done if it causes further remark – it extends the conversation in unforeseen ways. At least this is what I tell myself when I close my eyes and hit “post”.

          Sizzling advice.

I’vecome across “rasher” ways to state it. (Get it? Rasher? A slice of bacon???)?

Sharknado 6 : attack of the cute!

    • 6rabbits July 6, 2016 / 8:08 pm

      Now that’s a Sharknado I would actually watch! ?

      • allein July 6, 2016 / 8:48 pm

I saw the Rifftrax of Sharknado 2. Fittingly enough, the first time we went, there was a huge thunderstorm that knocked out the satellite feed so we ended up getting our money back (and got a free ticket on top of it, which we used the next week to go back). Then we had to run through a monsoon to the car. No sharks that I saw, but we did have to watch for some ducks on the road out of the theater parking lot.

Ok. That there is the cutest post ever. Adorable expressions on their faces.

Eventually they’re gonna need bigger costumes.

Where do you take a couple of growing pigs to re-outfit them? Porkstroms, or Oinker Outfitters or one o’ them Pig Box Stores – c’mon somebody, you can think up better names. (closes eyes, hits post)

I am sadly drawing a blank..

NO-O-O-O-O Allein, I was counting on you and your knowledge of modernity!

That just came to me when I saw your last comment!

                Old Gravy?

In Pork Slope, Brooklyn, of course.
(Okay, that’s actually a real restaurant.)

??? ( not sure what that series means)

            • 6rabbits July 7, 2016 / 12:52 am

Perfecto, Allein! ?? You are very good at that!

      • Smartypants July 6, 2016 / 8:21 pm

I think ‘Porkstroms’ is a win! (adding) – Oh, and ‘Pig Box stores’ – I missed that the first time.

The one on the right looks so pleased with himself!

Just stay away if strangers invite you to any ‘bonfires’ complete with banana leave blankets.

    • Murray C. July 6, 2016 / 8:24 pm

I think he’s saying, “You got a problem wid dat?”
