Secrets of WWII

In an attempt to evade detection by enemy radar, the Air Force secretly trained a squadron of cats, nicknamed the “Flying Floofs,” to pilot miniature cat-size fighter planes. The plan was scrapped, however, when the Air Force found it impossible to train the cats to fly in formation.

A problem that would be later corrected with the development of the laser-pointer guidance system.

Mike, I’m in awe of the way your mind works!!! You belong in the Pantheon of funny/punny, in the company of John Cleese and Robin Williams and such.

    DUDE, WHAT THE HECK!?!?!

I just clicked on one of the “You might also enjoy” posts – and I come to find out the post was from Nov 2015, which is approx. 3 months BEFORE C.O. shut down!! It was such a cute video and the headline was just perfect!

Can you re-post some of your stuff from before Jan 2016?

I’ll see what I can do about that. Meanwhile, there are a couple of ways to catch up on the good stuff: The “You might also enjoy” suggestions that you already noticed, and the “Hall of Fame” list in the sidebar, with the ten posts that received the most upvotes from readers.

I didn’t realize you were putting up pre-end of The Old Ranch stuff! Dang, what have I missed by not clicking obsessively on every single “You might also enjoy” suggestion???

This is the first post I wrote on this site, and it’s also the least cute post, something I had been wanting to write ever since I saw the picture that inspired it.

From there, you can just click the arrow icons to proceed forward in time. Soon you’ll be all caught up.

I’ve been on here since that very first non-cute post! Did you put up stuff that predates the end of CO, though? Because I thought you started this site right after it ended. Or is my memory failing me worse than I thought it already was?

Kitteh’s expression says “This is nice, but can’t this bucket go any faster?” (Same expression dogs have in cars stopped at stoplights.)

“fly me to the tuna, let me play among the kibble”
Sorry, it just popped into my head!
