I’ll have the “snuggle a mini rex bunneh” stat. That will get my day off to a perfect start. That bunneh reminds me of my adopted Honey Bunny, I once had and loved. I love all buns but have a special fondness for Dwarf Hotots and Rexes.

Honey Bunny! Love the name. ?

It’s my birthday and I was out making rather merry last night …. Right now I’m sitting outside in my newly landscaped backyard, enjoying a nice breeze and the sound of the cicadas in my maple tree. I’d certainly love some chair side service from a bun.

Happy Birthday! Here’s a bunny for you! ?
      And some cake. ? ? ?

Happy birthday! September birthdays are the best–mine is in 10 days.

Happy Birthday Birdcage. Sounds like a lovely day.

That raises the question: does Merlin go outside?

I was looking for the Sandra Boynton version but the first one I found was too tiny to read and the second wasn’t a link that would embed…then I found this one.. 😛

On a side note, Hermine has apparently decided not to come. It’s bright and sunny. I have a headache (my several days off and late nights have finally caught up with me) and I have a feeling if I were sitting in the middle of a tropical storm right now I’d really be miserable. As it is, she’s still causing high tides and rip currents, so I don’t know if my friend is completely in the clear, but at least I don’t think she has to worry about it getting into her house.

      ??? Birdcage!
And sorry to disappoint you, but it would be a rare bun indeed who would be servant to a *gasp* human! I believe dogs have cornered that market!

      Happy Bird-day, Birdcage!

If there’s no ‘Jeeves and Wooster’ fanfic in which Jeeves is transformed into a rabbit…there should be.

      • Skimpy September 4, 2016 / 6:25 pm

        How did you know? 🙂

“Jeeves, you really are a specific dream-rabbit.”

“Thank you, miss. I am glad to have given satisfaction.”

Ooooooooooo! I just came back from a visit with my neighbour, and she let me borrow a quilting book of hers, and it has a pattern for a wombat quilt!

    • murkle46 September 4, 2016 / 7:59 pm

How is your husband doing, now that it has been more than a week since his encounter?
Can you show the pattern or a finished example?

Hubby is back to his normal self. Hardworking, loveable and cranky.

I sent Mike a pic of the quilt from the book, as I’m still trying to figure out how. Hopefully, he can stick it right here ??

That quilt is enchanting. Fit for dreams of Australian fauna.

OMG so many of my favorite animals in one quilt!
