And Now a Book Review

Hello. Speaking as a member of the Labrador-American community, I must voice my strong objections to Labrador Retrievers for Dummies. This book is riddled with inaccuracies, such as “When your Labrador is feeling vexed, it may vent its frustrations by chewing on a book or similar object.” This is typical of the stereotypical thinking that permeates this volume.

Vexed me so much I couldn’t help myself.

Via Imgur. “I can’t decide if this is irony, satire, or sarcasm on Newt’s part…”

Way back when I used to work in the bookstore, one of my managers got two Labradoodle puppies (this was when the whole “whateverdoodle” craze was just getting started). She bought the Monks of New Skete dog training book in hardcover. A few days later she came in and, without a word, tacked the chewed up dust jacket to the bulletin board in the break room.

😜 slightly off subject, I’ve always wanted to see a book, ” Ventriloquism for Dummies”.

Oh, I hope Newt’s parents sent this photo into the “For Dummies” publishers!

In it’s current condition, I would think more “Tasted Like Kitty Litter”
