Hovertext stole my joke.
Oh, well.
*steals puppy*
Ha ha I think we could do a group chant with the hover text! I was thinking the same thing!
Be careful puppers. I.T. can be a very sarcastic bunch. Once when my mouse fell into my very large iced tea glass and I ran down the hall with the dripping item in tow. “Is my mouse waterproof?” their response was “If it was, we’d have called it a fish.”
Pfft – good one!
I’ll get that puppeh a real soup bone right away. Or better yet, several.
Love the earnestness of pupper’s face and the blurring of the happy tail. 🙂
yay! blurry tail got me too! 🙂
Puppy needs a 3-D printer!
Oh, oh, oh, all of the above – that adorable earnestness is over the top cute and I am in love.
My office needs that puppeh!
I have always suspected that Mike can see into our souls, now Iam fully convinced.
I – the dedicated cat person – have been secretly playing with the idea of getting a dog. I always convince myself that I cannot afford it, I don’t have the time for it, etc. Today, I came across the sweetest Goldie (with a cute owner) – it was love at first sight. I was smiling at the Golden Beauty when an aquintance passed us and said hello. He distracted me for a moment and then I felt a soft Goldie head under my hand. The Goldie’s owner told me I can pat him, but the Goldie decided to take things into his own paw:) And now there is this outrageously cute puppy.. 🙂
Yeah well on account of this site I would like to get a rabbit…and a hamster and a racoon and a goat…
…and a sloth. And a wombat…
…and an emu, with or without a sprinkler…and a hamster dog…
… And a hippo …
and a hephalump…
A fishy to touchy…
A hedgehog.
Ring-tailed Lemur. Baby panda. Emperor penguin chick. (Yes, I’d turn on the AC)
Squirrel, Crow, Raven, Chipmunk, Giraffe, Rhino, Penguin, Sloth, Lion, Tiger, Antelope, Zebra, Elephant, Frog, Toad, Hamster, Bluebird, Sparrow, Hawk, Eagle, Mouse, Newt, Lizard, Glass Snake, Worm, Butterfly, Moth, Beetle (all kinds), Fawn, Cub, Pup, Kit, and I could go on all night. Is there more room on our Ark?
And a red panda with mandatory pumpkin ?
Yes people! Maybe if we all band together we can do it!! Whose with me?? …looks behind hopefully…
Me!!!! My pipe dream for retirement is to have a petting zoo of miniature animals, but a Cutetropolis zoo would be even better. Where shall we build it?
In my backyard.
I have never worked in an office; do they all have an adorable office puppy? If so, I may consider a career change!
Three out of four of my jobs have been at offices with dogs and/or cats (it’s sort of a ‘thing’ here in the Berkshires). Most of the time it really is as great as it sounds!
Our Laundromat has two dogs; the print shop has one; and contractors drive around with their dog in their truck. The bank drive-thru and the dump both give out Milk-Bones.
I didn’t think it was unusual until I chatted with someone who wasn’t from here, and he was quite surprised!
Not an office but a local bookstore has a couple of cats who have free reign of the place. You never know where you will find one of them hanging out; needless to say, it is one of my favorite places in town!
I think every bookstore needs a cat. Our local yarn store has a cat – he must think he’s in heaven!
The last bookstore I worked at did not have a cat, but we had a semi-regular customer who would come in with her Chihuahua, Rosie. She let me hold her one day while she went to get a drink in the cafe (we didn’t mind well-behaved pets as long as they stayed out of the food area). Sweetest little wawa (except for Pablo, of course).
The only offices around here that have office pets are the vets. Almost every veterinarian I have ever been to has a cat on the counter. We do have a local burger joint (Bogey’s) that hands out milkbones to dogs in cars. I haven’t been there in a while, but I’m guessing they haven’t changed that. Sophie would just bark and shiver because she hates the car, and is scared of everything. Speaking of Sophie, the other day she was snuggling me and I said, “Aw, you’re being such a snugglebunny today” She perked up her ears, barooed at me and jump up and started licking my face. I wonder if one of her previous owners used to call her that. I’ve tried the name several times since then, and she does the same thing, baroos, and gets excited.
Well, that’s pretty darned cute! It does make you wonder if she’s remembering something from her past – what else could it be?
Oh, that’s lovely! Yes, snugglebunny must mean something really nice to her from her past. I bet the tone of voice you used helped, too.
That’s adorable! Clearly you’ve found the magic word.
Ded. I am ded from the cuteness. Ded.
I work in an IT department. I’m printing this out and hanging it in my office. It’ll be the closest I’ll ever get to a pupper visiting our department.
Now that I have it hanging in my office, I’d like to agree that the copier is definitely on the fritz because pupper is flat and not at all cuddly.
🙁
