Oh – look how quickly big sis trots over to help!

My thought as well. That and “Poor bebeh. So tie-tie.”

What a nice big sister, so concern about baby sister falling. Unlike my sister, who would have been laughing her head off.

That would have been my brother too, especially as he got older. He used to hide somewhere upstairs and when I went to call him for dinner, he would jump out at me yelling “Boo”. And people wonder why I’m so nervous?? But we do have proof on film that at one point he did (sorta) like me and tried to (sorta) help me. I was learning how to walk and everytime I fell down, he would put his hands under my armpits and haul me up so I could try again. Such a nice big bruddah, lol.

        Ya, sigh, my brother:
-rolled me up in the runner carpet with just my head sticking out and wedged me between the piano and wall
-put my hair under one end of our heavy dining room table so I could only wriggle about trying to avoid shag carpet burn wiper blade style
-stand me up in the middle of the driveway, wrap the garden hose starting ankles up and after sticking the nozzle down my top, stand back laughing as he turned it on.

Good lord! Sounds like something out of Just William. I hope he got the kind of poetic justice that those stories would entail!

Well, after giving it some thought I think he was doing it to prevent me from pestering him– he just got his first serious girlfriend and strangely enough wanted to spend his time necking with her rather than hanging out with his little sister…

Mine used to knock me over with a Hippity-Hop. He loved how how it had a convenient handle for swinging.

My little brother did that to me once. Jumped out, I punched him, he hit the arm of the chair with his face, lost a tooth. That was the only time he did that.

I love that he didn’t just tip over, he went full popo over teakettle. Little dude rolled like a katamari.

Katamari!!! I haven’t played that in a long time. It did look like he had some hay stuck to him. The phrase my dad always used was “a** over tin cup”.

Who knew puppies, kittens and baby elephants have so much in common. The sudden honkshu-ing is too cute.
