The look of surprise on pup’s face in the second pic is hilarious!

My Millie (who weighs 11.2 pounds now!) wants to sniff inside my mouth to see what I may have eaten. She also smells my mouth after I brush my teeth.

I think first dog is thinking: did I miss out on any good treats?

Pup is looking for ‘leftovers’ ..

I had a tiny dog who insisted upon sticking her entire schnozzle inside my mouth several times a day, presumably to see what I’d been eating. It was fine with me… until her whiskers started tickling and I’d burst out giggling. I miss that little goober. 🙂

Yes! This uninhabited inspection of “smells” and “flavors” including toe licking always makes me laugh.

She also inserts her nose directly into my right nostril! Not the left. Her nose feels cold and she takes almost a minute to breathe deep!? I wonder if I have an undetected sinus problem or is she checking my brain!? I imagine her chanting BRAINS like a zombie.

      As long as it’s not a hare…

When I was growing up, one of the dogs, Gus, had frequent ear infections. The medicine smelled exactly like peaches. You can probably see where this is going. I’d come around the corner to find the other dog going all hummingbird on Gus’s ear. It apparently felt good, because Gus would make a face like :]

Dog just couldn’t hold his licker.

A long ago cat we had named Mao Mao used to like to lick toothpaste off my tongue (yes, I let him.)

      Good for you!
