Yesterday’s March for Science brought out paid protesters impassioned nerds from all over the globe, but few were as cute as the penguins at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. To be fair, penguins didn’t really march, they just like to waaalk, waaaalk, waaaaaalk! (via Laura H.)

Cutest little activists ever!
They seem a little…disorganized…
One of my favorite signs I saw from one of the marches:
And also
Love it! And I love these little penguins! They look like they have on little letter sweaters.
Penguins!
Eee! I had this as my Facebook banner picture a long time ago. Should have done it yesterday in solidarity but I didn’t think about it. Just went and put it up again. Thanks!
Your name reminded me of another funny sign. It had Beaker from the Muppets and said “this is the only orange haired Muppet I trust to tell me about science.” 🙂
Also, for all the nerds, an article one of my friends posted today. Bog bodies are cool.

Fortunately this video was not narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch: https://youtu.be/-GnLDJAgrws
Benedict Cumberbatch can say it however he wants.?
That was awesome. Hurray for marching penglings!
Allein, bog bodies ARE cool!
My favorite political writer on yesterday’s marches: http://www.esquire.com/news-politics/politics/news/a54690/science-march/
The final tag is so spot on and the two down votes have me saying wtf out loud.
I really need to remember to pay attention to the tags. That’s great. 🙂
Bill O’Reilly voted twice – he’s got plenty of free time now.
Yes on the tag – so often lately I find myself saying “How are we (as a culture) still having this conversation?!?”
Short. The Penguins are vertically challenged. I enjoyed when the last walking pengui saw the swimming one and the reverse. Hi Bob, just out for a science march. Be back in a bit.
These little ones make me want to go out and save the planet even more than I already want to. Every day is Earth Day.
I marched in Cleveland yesterday and it was a great turnout. LOTS of doggos. Lots of signs that said things along the lines of “I’m a cat, #alternativefacts” and #alternativecat. Sadly, I didn’t take many pics. It was windy and chilly and I had enough trouble keeping a hold of my sign.
Mike: You had it right the first time .. all paided
Bigly paided! Fake news! Low energy! Sad!
