I have questions, too, but I am too ded to articulate them at the moment…

Yeah! I want to know do the ears slide into the ones in the hat – or – WHERE THE BLAZES DID THEY GO?

Me too! Is it like the balloon animal skeletons? I would like to think the earsies are up in the hat ears.

What I want to know is who drew the eyebrows on the bun wearing the ears. Andrew Y, do you know?

    • Andrew June 4, 2017 / 1:03 pm

Sorry, I don’t know anything about the origins of the gif :O
      Are they drawn on? :O

      • Murray C June 4, 2017 / 2:50 pm

I think the eyebrows are just cowlick-y hair.

Really, a pointless disguise, especially since the real ears are cuter. The questions may go unanwered.

    (Gah. Ded. Again!)

Bunnies are the masters of meta humor.

Maybe the bunny on the right is a victim of tragic Bunny Insufficient Ear Syndrome (if I were NTMTOM I’d have come up with a funny acronym, but I’m not, so I didn’t) and the hat is a prosthetic to keep him from feeling inadequate. Or maybe it really IS a disguise and that’s a very large, ambitious guinea pig.

    • Murray C June 5, 2017 / 5:40 am

A prosthetic device – of course! WHY didn’t I think of that?????

    • Ricky's Mom June 5, 2017 / 6:50 am

Ambitious Guinea Pig. I remember that group from the sixties.

      • Murray C June 5, 2017 / 10:52 am

        Hee, hee!

I got to thinking maybe the ears were like a cast on a broken arm to help them regain their perkiness after a terrible accident.

    • 6rabbits June 6, 2017 / 2:37 pm

Or maybe it’s a lop-eared bun who’s trying to go straight?
