I Need a Good Talking To

“Don’t get me wrong. I love my family very much. But lately it seems like we don’t really communicate anymore. For example, I tried to engage my brother Stuffy in a discussion about whether it was truly possible to experience reality within the confines of our senses, or if there existed the tantalizing possibility of a greater world all around us that we might know if only we had the means. He just stared at me, and so did my sister Stuffina.”

Just makes me feel like the odd one out, y’know?

I’d talk to that cutie all day, Sharon H.

He can come hang with me. I talk to myself all the time; it’d be nice to have someone to listen.

I do, too, Allein. I find myself muttering under my breath when I’m out gardening and someone walks by and I feel so sheepish.

I was at my friend’s house over the weekend and he reminded me of the fact that when he sat across from me at work (he doesn’t work here anymore) he would get to hear me cursing my computer under my breath all the time.

Maybe if I had a pupper to keep me company I wouldn’t get so aggravated.

I’m a grunter, myself. I get to work and forget that I’m not alone, so coworkers ask if I’m feeling all right.

That is why I like having a hammie at school. Whenever I am stressed I say I need “hamster therapy” and pick him up and cuddle. Works great!?

Omg! I think I see two “real” puppers. At least in my somewhat fragile reality.

I had to look a bit to find the “real” one but I do believe there’s only one that qualifies for that distinction in this photo.

The one on the right of the real puppy in the photo almost fooled me, I wasn’t sure if it was a stuffy or a real puppy for a few second.

It also took me some time to find the real dog.

Obviously it’s the big one, third from the left. Real live doggies don’t come that small.

However, I do admit to some bafflement over what that thing is behind big doggie’s head. Is it another doggie, a hoomin hand, or a scary monster?
