Just Five More Minutes!

“I don’t wanna take a nap! I want to play on the human bars!”

Gotta love the determination, Faye.

That is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Toward the end you see by the expression on her face that Mom has gotten mad and baby gives up and goes with her.

Oh, my, everything about this is the best. I love when Mom rolls over and comes back up with a mouth full of greenery. I keep imagining it in black and white because the music reminds me of a movie house piano from silent movie days – and the action is like an old silent comedy. Brilliant.

That’s a whole different meaning of “Don’t make me come up there!’

    • Kar June 27, 2017 / 12:36 pm

That was my thought as well.

Sonny, if you make me come up there, you’re going to regret it!

I don’t know what I laughed hardest at: mom grabbing baby with her foot, mom tackling baby, or mom dragging baby by its foot. Although baby grabbing greenery from mom was pretty funny, too.

Mom has her hands full with that little rascal. I think someone is going to bed without supper tonight ?

So, this is yet another thing we the great apes (human and otherwise) share: when you’re in kindergaten age, you hate taking naps. As soon as you graduate from obligatory naps, you miss them and want them back. At least this is what I myself experienced 🙂

OH, heck yeah! I miss my naps.
      Sometimes I sneak one, though.

Yay! Glad to share some primate mommy moments with everyone.

This gets more funny the more times you watch it.

I bet there are a few, “just wait until your alpha male gets home!” in mom’s mind.

That was the best thing I’ve seen in a long, long time. Going back now to watch it again.

I love this so much! The persistent, mischievous “toddler”, the exasperated mom…too funny! 😀

This is absolutely fabulous!!! It is SO human-like, it made me think it could have been filmed at almost any playground (maybe minus the sliding down the ropes part). I especially loved the baby’s face at 1:39/1:40 where he obviously can’t believe his mom is actually going to make him leave! I can hear him saying, “Seriously Mom?” Also loved the bits where he is just hanging on his mom’s leg and being dragged along. Most parents know how that feels!

And this is why i don’t want children! LOL Wonderful video!

Play it a double speed – it’s funnier (if that is possible).

So much to like about this!? I love?when mom just grabs kid by the foot and drags him! She has HAD IT at that point. A little harder for him to run away, too. ?

This is me when I try to take my 4 year old nephew to the mall. Loved the tackle early on and the dragging the kid off by the leg at the end. 😀
