My jaw dropped when he fed the fish! I need him in MY garden. Who knew a swan would do this?

They like the food. They wet the food because that’s how they like it, and it gets “shared” with the fish in the process.

My mind is well and truly boggled.

It seems like someone is chopping onions in my cube, today. Man, what a sweet bird!

Is that heaven? Looks like to me. Sigh.

Swans are very very smart. Feeding the fish is less surprising to me than distinguishing what plants are weeds vs those that are not. Wow!

You can train a swan, to do all that? It can’t come naturally, right? How does it know a weed, sometimes I almost don’t know the difference. I can barely get my husband to tend to our few flowers, weeds and trimming.

Ha Ha! You should do a “Husband Swap” with the swan’s wife!!

This is jaw-dropping! What an amazing (and beautiful) bird!

Totally amazing! Weeding was pretty cool, bush trimming kinda blew my mind, but the whole feeding the fish was just jaw-dropping. What a clever bird!

I really want to know how this came to be.

Feeding the fish definitely got me misty-eyed.

Sweet – and I’d love to have him in my garden – I’m so far behind and it would be rather classy to have a swan as a gardener!

I hate gardening. May I hire out his services please?

As one owned by a smart bird, I am less surprised by the fish-feeding but blown away by the weeding.

Sorry to be a downer, but the last time I saw a video of a duck “feeding” fish, I saw an explanation that the duck simply wanted some water to go with the grain it was picking up, but the fish were taking some of the grain from it. Whether that’s true, or whether this is a helpful swan, I don’t know.

A very cool black swan none the less. I would hire him in a second.
