It’s a beautiful day, so Maru and Hana step out into the yard for a bit of tree climbing. Well, more like ladder climbing, but it gives the confinement-craving Maru a thoughtful new view of the world, which only helps him appreciate boxes more.

Not the most athletic of cats is our little Maru. Quite adorable, tho’ – and very pensive.
(A thought – “expensive” is “no longer pensive” so when you buy costly things you’re not really thinking much about it. I guess the rich can do that)

I would be awesome if Maru and Hana can have a tree house from which they can serenely survey their domain.

This is the first time I’ve seen anyone encourage their cats to climb a tree. But, we all know that Maru is no ordinary cat.
I love how Maru is so curious yet introspective. And, how Hana’s gorgeous eyes match the leaves.
