Whenever Missy heard the dreaded word “bathtime” she would cleverly conceal herself by disguising as a houseplant.
Why are you sending me pictures of plants, Sharon H.? There’s no cat in this picture!

That doesnโt look comfortable. I thought cats were all about comfort. Iโm sure some of the clever cute fans will think of the scientific term for this unusual plant.
Clearly it’s a Fuzzyhead Fern.
Much cuter and less creepy than fiddlehead ferns.
Yes, but they are also about being weird and fitting into strange spaces!
Catcus!
I know, doesn’t look comfortable at all. Maybe they’re just so light, and the weight so evenly distributed, it doesn’t really bother them?
How did that cat get in there?
Exactly.
I think the cat is sending a not to subtle message to it’s people that what he wants for Christmas is a cat tree! Preferably bought through Cutetropolis Amazon link ?
Yes, truly a cat of a 1000 faces. (All of them the same.)
I figured it would be a pussy willow – too easy?
I thought that, too, Faye. Then I read the hover text and choked on my tea. What sound does a pussy willow make?
Sorry. Murray.
Ha ha — this is wonderful. Love the hovertext!
Missy is a real basket case.
I think the kitty’s name is Lily or Hyacinth or most likely, Narcissus.

๐ You got it, that’s it!
Actually, if you look carefully, there is a cattail plant stuck in that furry blob in the planter. I’m assuming it’s some kind of mulch or soil conditioner. The cattail, and the plant below, both look healthy as a result. Someone may want to dust those spikey leaves a bit, though.
