That’s okay, puppy. I don’t like to go out in the cold, either. I have a blanket; you can come snuggle with me.

Like a Norwegian Blue, I’m dead from the cute.

        Well played, Kar!

Also, this is a pretty irresistible puppy face. I would like to do some snorgling with that one, even though Ricky would probably object.

            Don’t worry. We won’t tell.

Bless him, he probably wants to go to the lavatory and do a bit of skipping and jumping. But he looks far too young and innocent to put on women’s clothing and hang around in bars.

He wishes to be a girlie just like his sweet papa.

I remember there were days during the summer growing up where I’d open the door for the dog, he’d get halfway out, then his eyes would kinda go wide and he’d back through the door like “Nah, I’ll just hold it till sundown.”

The first time he sat down on snow he jumped back up then stared at his butt accusingly.

I can totally understand that dog, I spend all the summers like that. Except that I have to go to work and not to pee.

For me the two are largely interchangeable.

I once had this song for a ringtone. Then I learned not to use songs I liked as ringtones, because I would come to hate them.

When I moved from southern California to Kansas in 2000, my long-gone and deeply missed black cat had this nasty habit of running out the door when it was opened. He did that after the first snow, not realizing what that white stuff was on the ground. Once his paws hit the cold, he glared at me accusingly like it was MY FAULT.

    • allein ? December 11, 2017 / 3:05 pm

Well, who else’s fault would it be?

      • Faye December 11, 2017 / 5:00 pm

        Right!

Umm…feeling a little lost here. This sounds like a reference to something. Anyone care to enlighten Duckie?

    • Gigi The cat lady December 11, 2017 / 4:05 pm

It’s a Monty Python sketch. Monty Python being an old comedy show from Britain.

      • Faye December 11, 2017 / 5:03 pm

        Fantastic skit.

        I keep falling off.

That will have me giggling for days.

      • Smartypants December 11, 2017 / 7:03 pm

Oh, thanks – I wasn’t familiar with it either.

I was sort of tenuously connecting puppy with “We need to talk about Carl” (aka “I’m a poodle! A poodle!”) which is showing up in my ‘You Might Also Enjoy’ feed.
