INCOMING!

A brazen bird buzzbombs buddies!

On a chilly day in Edinburgh, Scotland, Amanda Pache was out taking a picture of her friends when suddenly — neeeeaarrrwwmm!! — a cheeky robin flew in for a photobomb. (Be sure to click the arrows in the picture to see the full sequence!)

One of the friends, who also had her camera out, snapped a few more pics of the brave little bird (click arrows to see all).

That’s one rockin’ robin, Elizabeth G.

Robins – absolutely my favourite birds, although sadly I very rarely see them.

What a perfect, prosh round body. This is like Angry Birds – Real Life Edition.

I saw a disapproving robin in my backyard yesterday. I pulled my car forward, so he had to hop up on the fence to get out of my way. He sat on the fence glaring at me, until I got turned around, and hopped back down. I didn’t know robins could glare.

The old song goes: When the red, red robin Comes bob, bob, bobbin’ Along.
There’s no mention of it fly in you face!

I prefer this pretty bird to the Canadian robins that wake me every morning.

😀 and lol! – Duckie!!! that is the sound of spring waking you up! Put it this way, yes, boid noises (good lord I cannot stand pigeon making -cooing-whoopie noises, *ughhh and arghhh* drive me bonkers) at times are annoying but… it could be worse– um, your neighbours could be banging the headboard against the wall. –?

Morning Fritz! I don’t mind that noise, that is a ‘song’– here, go to the “Calls’
sound here in this link. Ughhhh– they used to nest under my balcony at my previous place and pigeon whoopie moaning noises were incessant.
