Aaaagggghhhhhhh! That dormouse is the cutest thing I could ever imagine! Loved the little chortles from the guy filming, too. Funny the wee mouse you didn’t seem to notice he dropped most of the berry – guess he realized there was more where that came from.

And those chubby little ponies! I’m packing, how about the rest of you?

I’m already in the car, my bag thrown in the back seat.
I’ll honk twice outside at the curb. Run out, jump in,
      and we’re off!

Hope you packed some washable boots…ahem?

        • Phred's Mom October 11, 2016 / 8:12 pm

          Packed my Wellies of course.

Re: the dormouse, I wondered if there was a cut in the video or if it dropped the berries. I never saw them fall; one frame they were there, the next they were gone. And you’re right, he just kept licking his paws like the berries were still there. For a second I thought maybe he’d put them in his cheek pouch but I don’t think they would have fit (or, if they did, we’d have seen the bulge). I wonder if he picked them up later when he was back on the ground. It’d have taken him an hour to finish that cluster, the rate he was going. But, probably easier and safer to pick another cluster and eat it up there off the ground.

    OMG PONIES!!

Some of those costumes are awesome. Jon Snow White!! 😀 Him Kardashian! 😛 And the father and son dressed as each other broke my brain a little.

It took me a minute to figure out the father and son dressed as each other, they looked like the same pictures. Kind of like when my daughter did a face swap between my grandson and my granddaughter, you couldn’t tell it was a face swap.

My faves so far are the curvy woman who dressed as a Pom Wonderful bottle, and the his ‘n’ hers sloth costumes. Brilliant!

This image is several pages into the Halloween article, so in case you missed it, here’s the footstool from Beauty and the Beast:

That one is great. There were a couple Dorothy & Totos in there, too.

I saw another article that had pet costumes. I’ll have to see if I can find it again.

That’s very creative! – And I could use one of those.

      I. Love. This. Done perfectly. And doggie is comfortable too.

Mike, this may be the cutest-ever-linky-post you could possibly put together. Thank you SO MUCH–needed it after the debate last night.

I’ve already asked my boss to have a photo shoot on Foula.

Mike, these links were above and beyond cute!
(no autocorrect I don’t mean kinks, what would be cute kinks?)

    • Faye October 10, 2016 / 5:01 pm

No. Not going there. Ah, nope.

        ??

Little Dormouse is so cute, but he made me nervous, stickers in the blackberry bush sticking his tiny mouse body and snakes! Snakes love to hide in berry bushes.

Love ms. dormouse and berry eating. When I had gerbils, they would close their eyes in ecstasy when I gave them strawberry pieces to eat, just like little mousie did.

    • 6rabbits October 11, 2016 / 7:31 am

Mine do that for raspberries and blueberries!

I’m glad I don’t have to hang upside down from my food. My favorite food is steak. Those cows move around. Just saying.

    • Skimpy October 11, 2016 / 4:54 am

      🙂 🙂 🙂

      • Murray C. October 11, 2016 / 10:41 am

        ???

    • Haha October 11, 2016 / 4:56 pm

If your cow-steaks are moving around, you might want to cook em a bit more. Just sayin. 😉

      • allein ? October 11, 2016 / 4:58 pm

My dad knew a guy who liked his steak blue. “Just run the cow by the table and I’ll take a bite.”

HaHa, you are living up to your name!?

  9. Faye October 10, 2016 / 5:12 pm

    Omg Ponies!!!?!!!

Ps. It must be quiet there. I don’t usually envy people. But in this case…

I just looked at the Sun Bear. What a pretty creature. She has so many different facial expressions. Precious.

    • Murray C. October 10, 2016 / 8:51 pm

I especially loved the sash across her chest – she looks like a university don or something.

      • 6rabbits October 11, 2016 / 7:35 am

I’d seen a pic of a bear like this as a child, but was convinced by an adult that I was imagining things! Fantastic to know it’s a sun bear? Take THAT, adult! (Although, admittedly, there was no Google then, so…)

If you’re stuck in the US, the Land of Little Horses in Gettysburg, PA has loads of Shetland ponies, and a unicorn (okay it’s really a pony with a fake horn) and you can pet them and love them. Sorry I got a bit excited. There’s also all the history and stuff but obviously the priorities go 1) precious animals, 2) important historical sites.

Molly also has a sister, Vixen aka the Thing of Good, and her own little bed at the local library. The caption from King’s FB page on the photo reads, “The library ladies gave Molly, aka the Thing of Evil, a new bed. She has decided not to hurt them.
(The thing she’s chewing in the picture is the remains of an insurance salesman’s right toe.)”

    • allein ? October 11, 2016 / 10:27 am

That’s too funny. I’ll have to go check out his facebook page later. I only saw the pictures in the article I sent to Mike.

I bet they have a shrine to SK.

Love that guy, even if he did write a number of books on coke.
