        I originally wrote “holding on to” but I changed it because “sitting” was funnier in context.
        
        I have an email draft where I keep things I might want to share in the weekend open threads (I keep it in my gmail drafts so I can get to it no matter what device I’m on). I found that poem weeks ago.

Donkeys are wonderful! I still remember the time many years ago when I got to meet a grey donkey named Eeyore and feed him some of his favorite food, thistles. Really! ?

They are so clever, when i was a wee child, my friend had one named Humphrey, he always knew when we had sweeties in our pockets and that’s exactly where his big velvet snout would go!

Great news! Fion has her IV removed! This means she’s taking in enough on her own! There a short clip of her splashing in her pool. And it sounds like she passed her fifty pound birth goal.
