That smile!! He looks so happy!

I do not smile like that at a worm.

That is hilarious! His excitement and little leep-smacks/whisker-licks at the end make me want to try a mealworm!

Hedgie mood swing. From grumpies to happies in 1.2 seconds. I guess mealy worms are hedgie chocolate.

We went to my best friend’s place for an early bday party for hubby. After lunch, I removed a too-small “hood” from a heated cat bed, so her feline blob had more room to spread out. All the while I was working on it, the blob sat in the spot where the cat bed usually goes, glaring at me so hard that I could physically feel it. Occasionally he would wander over and sit at my feet, still glaring.
I finished the bed and plugged it back in, and patted it to show the blob it was ready. It proceeded to thoroughly ignore me, even so far as to lift a leg to clean.
When we got home, I got a text pic of the blob contentedly occupying the bed, all spread out. I guess I’ve been forgiven.

I do the same thing if there’s a masala dosa or Korean spare ribs waved in front of my face.

Watching that video I realized that nothing has ever made me as happy as that mealy worm made the hedgehog. Gave me something to think about

Jabba the Hedge—much cuter than his namesake.
