Wombat Salon

Poor little Jack. His little wombat claws and nose are cracked kind of dry, but his foster mum knows just what he needs: A mani-pedi and some facial moisturizer. Judging from his contented expression, Jack feels so much better.

One of the sweetest things I’ve ever seen! I’ve never had a mani-pedi but then again, Jack is like a gazillion times cuter than I’ll ever be. 🙂

So much gentleness! And he’s looking into the camera practically the whole time.

I remember watching a documentary about orphan roo’s. the foster mum did the same thing but they’re so fragile, if they’re not moisturized and maintained, the fingers atrophy and fall off.

Bucket List item #1 – go to Australia/New Zealand and volunteer at a wombat rescue.

Thank you all for your positive comments. I was Jack’s “mum” for over a year until he was released. He is now a wild wombat in the bush.
