I almost don’t deserve it, considering what a day of mistakes this has been. First, I forgot to acknowledge Paul P. and Arne for being among those who sent me today’s penguin story (twitch), then I refer to a character as “Lucille” in a post, but call her “Velma” on Facebook (twitching intensifies), and just now, I mistook a pair of jaguar cubs for a jaguar and a panther. I have made (peak twitching achieved)… mistakes!

    For what it’s worth, Mike, you were spot-on on the panther thing: http://a-z-animals.com/animals/panther/ The person who said it was to jaguars was also correct. I say it’s two squeewittlebebbehkittehs, personally.

      Ah, thank you. I really wish these animals would get their names sorted out. That’s the whole problem with Nature: it’s too chaotic. 😉

          If I could find my Dennison label maker from the 70s, I would make it my mission to label animals….starting with my own kittehs because sometimes I just give up and yell “Hey you, cat, stop barfing in my shoes!” ?
