Actually, you’d need two more dogs for an accurate impression! (Just finished LOTR for the umpteenth time, so I was a leetle leary of this post, and much relieved at the cute!)

Doggies cute. Tarantula picture in my mind not so cute.

I was a little afraid to look at the photo because I’m really afraid of all spiders. I once ran out of a pet shop screaming because when I turned around, I found myself at eye level with an enormous tarantula in a glass tank. But luckily doggies are so cute they. chased the bad images away.

I was in a pet shop with my ex once and I was looking at small rodents (hamsters? gerbils? it was a long time ago…) that were on an eye-level shelf when he came up behind me and said “don’t look up.” So of course I looked up.
Tarantulas on the shelf just above my head.
I went back to the puppies after that.

Those furry spiders. ? Shivers.
I don’t feel good killing things, so I capture them in this contraption on the end of a stick and take them outside.
As I am transporting them, I explain that, “I didn’t kill you or squish you or anything like that. Please stay outside and pass the word to your friends.”
So far my results have not lived up to expectations.
Now if it was the furry spider from above, I might have to set out bait to encourage them inside!

I wish the spider crew outside my window and on my balcony looked like that– believe you me, they are far from cute. About the same size as pupsters though. sigh.
