Speaking of corgis, a pair of corgi pups enjoy a beautiful snow day by pulling their best friend in a sled. It’s amazing how powerful those stumpy little legs can be!
Oh Mike, how I love coming to your site every morning so I can be delighted and charmed by your posts. Thanks for being one of the best parts of my day! And I have 2 pupsters who are the World’s Cutest and Smartest Dogs according to their family, so you have a lot of very entertaining competition. ?

Lots of cats in the link today so I’m happy.
I also love the corgis playing in the snow but I can’t help but wonder what is wrong with the corgi in the sled, maybe he’s a senior dog? He never gets out of the sled at all.

Probably the dog in the sled is older and doesn’t like to run as much as the other two but still wants to be included. One of my dogs is older and has a lot of fur, so in the summer he doesn’t want to go on long walks, but if we left him at home while the rest of us went out, it would be very upsetting to him. He literally cries if he is left at home by himself. I can hear him crying on the camera system and when I get back, he is congested from crying.

Oh, Julie, that’s so sad! I’m sure you have looked into ways to distract your older dog and keep him happy if you have to leave him home alone for a bit. I hope you find/found something that works.
Anyone who doesn’t think pets feel love has no clue.

I bought a pet stroller for the older dog so he can go with us on summer walkies. I got tired of carrying him.
As for when I have to leave him at home by himself, I try to limit that as much as I can. So, I’ll leave him at my parents, if possible, but you can only do so much. 🙁

As herding dogs, Corgis have to keep up with sheep and cows, who have MUCH longer legs. They can cover some ground when they need to.
