Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful you bought me a bed or pillow or whatever this thing is, but I’m just trying to understand the reasoning here.
The sweet story behind this Reddit photo: “I bought the bed for a puppy, I rescued this guy last night instead.”
It’s, um, a plush food bowl…
That face says, whatever you do for me, I’ll be grateful.
If the internet has taught us anything, it is that just out of the camera’s range, there’s an appropriate sized doggie bed with a tiny cat smugly sleeping in it.
I am a cat person so I might be biased (you think?), but I would take that gorgeous dog over a puppy. ?
It’s an elbow warmer. The matching rump warmer is back-ordered.
?
Puppers, I’m sure your new hoomin will get a proper-sized bed tomorrow. Glad you found your forever home.
Oh yay! and older doggy gets rescued! The look on the face says, “Pinch me – I must be dreaming – I got adopted!?!?”
No sweetie, you’re not sleeping there. That’s what the big mattress with the duvet’s for.
I hope that this guy has a long and lazy life with his new family.
Sometimes the rescues pick you…
Don’t you wonder how/why a dog like that ends up in a shelter? I know there are lots of reasons, but I hope he was loved from the get-go. What a gorgeous guy.
