Wombats are cuddly and playful, but they can also be indispensable if your home is invaded by large furry caterpillars. Just remember to have plenty of carrots ready to thank your wombat for protecting your home.

I love how she’s trying to tear open the bag when it’s already open at the top. My question: is the bag of carrots on the floor for the purpose of baby wombats helping themselves or did it fall there and she just took advantage?
[I saw a parody book cover last weekend called The Very Hungry Caterpillar Ate My Copy of the Very Hungry Caterpillar. I wanted to post it but I can’t find it now.]
It just so happens that I’m experiencing an infestation of large furry caterpillars so please send a wombat stat! Running low on carrots but will remedy that immediately.
Thank you, Lychee, for saving our homes! You can have all the carrots you want.
Alas, the very hungry catepillar is no match for a the very playful wombat baby.
