Definitely had a lot to celebrate a lot last night. Looks like a good time was had by all. I think I vaguely remember nights and days like that. Then I realized the price of the next day was not worth the “fun” I had the night before.
I’ll leave a nice quiet bowl of water for later and tiptoe out.

Bunny looks like I feel. We have an arctic outflow wind today, and it is cold! Duckie’s heated perch hasn’t arrived yet, so she’s snuggled under my heating pad. I’m using a blanket. Wonder if bun-bun would be willing to join me?

I might have had a drink last night, too…Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit with Grey Goose vodka. The vodka was one of those little mini-bar size bottles that they have at the register (I just wanted to try it with the pink grapefruit and I didn’t want a whole big bottle); it’s approximately 0.2 ounces more than a standard shot.
Not hungover, though. But bun can come snuggle with me while he recovers.
That sounds tasty. A friend of mine makes what she calls “Dream drops”- lemon drops made with evergreen huckleberries from her property on Whidbey Island, WA. They are to die for.

Don’t like cranberry juice, dislike grey goose and not a fan of grapefruit juice. Combined though, love it!!

This is actually a grapefruit soda (made with real juice, though). Couldn’t really taste the alcohol that much.
I do like Squirt soda, it maybe a regional thing as I never heard it before I moved to the South.
After my rough work week I decided to have a drink to unwind Fri night so I ordered a skinny margarita. Found out I can’t do margaritas as it is so tart from whatever juice they used that it made stomach hurt. And I usually love tequila. Guess I’ll stick with my tried and true … Jack Daniels straight or hot tea with Screech (Canadian overproofed rum).
So how are those glasses staying on? Definitely not hooked behind the ears. Bunny needs one of those straps that go behind the head.
My brother was partying/raving [judging by the glow sticks] in a parking lot in Delaware last night. Got so wild it made the news.
I think a good portion of the country released their collective breaths and all their pent up energy in one huge conga line across the USA. All I could think of is when Kermit ran screaming and waving his hands across the stage on the Muppet Show.
Oh, they were definitely doing that last night! Told bro to wave but didn’t see him.
I just feel like I woke up from a long, extended, nightmarish coma.
I too enjoy being released from my coma. It’s literally easier to breathe now!
