The perfect complement to any food or wine is the correct cheese. For example, a mild Colby pairs well with grapes, while the bolder notes of cheddar are suitable for mousies.

Mmmm cheese. Kitty has good taste.
I looooovvvveeed cheese back before my stomach decided dairy was the enemy, still miss it to this day. Name a cheese and I ate it – edam, feta, brie, american, cheddar, muenster, etc. etc. etc. Never met a cheese I didn’t like. My usual breakfast back then was a hunk of day old bread with a wedge of cheese, soo good plus a cup of strong coffee. My substitute now is rice cakes with homemade turkey luncheon meat and almond or cashew milk cheese. Still tasty but not quite the same.
I applaud kitty’s tenacity!
Like AJ, I’m a cheesehead. My life would probably be better if it didn’t include so much cheese, but there it is.
I just love how cat’s eyes will change shape when they focus on something. Or maybe its an expression of guilt? Determination? 😸
I remember in high school our class went to the World’s Fair in New York – everyone was in these impossibly long lines to see all the hi-tech stuff and where did I go? To the Wisconsin Cheese Pavilion – there was a cheddar the size of a semi truck!
