This video is from a friend of mine whose sister has bird cams around her yard. She has a hanging basket of Petunias which have been overtaken by this cheeky robin and it’s pretty darn cute. Especially the wiggle as she gets settled on her eggs.
She seems pretty happy to get down on those eggs!
It’s like the opposite of the cat’s butt-wiggle. They do it before they take off, she does it before she settles down. 🙂
Now I want to hang planters and coax robins into nesting in them!
