That was wonderful! Who knew cactus was so delish! And then a lovely hosing down..
That was one hungry tortoise!
He did forget to put on the turtle wax. The tortoise seemed to enjoy having his neck rubbed.
He’s got better produce than Wegmans did tonight! (There are “due to supply chain issues…” signs all over the lettuce section.)
I went to get milk (not because it’s supposed to snow, but just because I needed it). There were two jugs of 2% in the entire section and most of the others were just as empty (though I could see stacks of crates in the back containing jugs with purple tops so I guess they were getting ready to restock). And I swear the ice cream aisle was 70% empty (there were supply chain issues signs there, too, and have been for months, but I haven’t seen it quite that empty before…or do people panic buy ice cream before a snowstorm now, too?). All I wanted was some plain vanilla and there was none! (Got Belgian Chocolate and Salted Caramel instead; they’ll make fine milkshakes, I think.)
Interesting.
Here in Abbotsford, before a big storm, people stock up on potato chips.
Milk and bread…
Last I checked they’re predicting 3-6 inches, starting after midnight. Luckily I am working from home. (Though it was supposed to snow on Wednesday, too, and nothing happened.)
Panic shopping for ice cream *should* be a thing, if it isn’t.
Ice cream is a staple.
Truer words were never spoken. Personally I think it should be elevated to a food group.
Loved the obvious affection between these two. Ike found the perfect dad.
