Yep, there’s nothing quite like pitching your tent in the great outdoors, under a clear blanket of stars, feeling the bracing chill of the night air, hearing the distant sounds of predators that could eat you at any — you know, I’ll just camp inside tonight.

He should have a camping trip with Maru & Co. There was a video not too long ago where it rained so she set the tents up in the living room.
We used to have a pop-up camper that was normally parked next to the driveway and sometimes we would sleep in it in the summer. One night we had friends staying over and we were going to sleep out there, but there was a thunderstorm…so my dad moved it into the garage and opened it up anyway!
No mosquitoes is a *requirement*! And a decent place to potty😉
I’ve always been a devotee of the Great Indoors.
Looks cozy, especially it being inside. Been there, done that for way too many years and I refuse to camp anymore. I think I went camping for the first time as an infant so I’ve done tents, pop-up campers, regular campers and I’m so over it. Give me a great hotel with a comfy bed and A/C and I’m happy. I realized I’m an outdoors person but I’m not outdoorsy. Love being outside, especially in a comfy chair or under a tree, but I do not do hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, etc etc.
My mother always said that her sister’s idea of camping was the Ritz Carlton.
And the claw job on the scratching post definitely says “Don’t mess with this camper. He’s sweet, but dangerous.”
I could camp like this. No other way.
