Too bad there’s music in the baby rhino video, I mean it still super cute but I prefer when you can hear the real sounds like the adorable little growls in the doggy video.
Tank Puppy’s blep almost killt me. So cute.
Yes! The blep was the highlight!
Those dogs can really work together! I wonder what their next project will be?
The one whose feet totally left the ground!!!! (except for occasional steps on its sibling)
I was howling.
Finding another brain cell?
Not exactly Mensa candidates. Bless their hearts.
It’s not *too* surprising to me that people can understand chicken. Any domesticated animal is going to be bred in part for tractability. At the very least, it has to be safe to retrieve eggs. And it’s advantageous to them when they can communicate, eg, distress at an intruder. All the animals that have been with us for millennia are closer to us than they’d otherwise be.
The cat who ran away living nearby–reminds me of George Weasleycat’s big adventure a few years back, when he was living outside the house for 17 days. I don’t know where he was, but wouldn’t be surprised if he was under the deck the whole time–even though I looked.
Aw, I’m glad Duke found a new home and I hope he’s happy there.
Dogs with the tree branch – hysterical!!! So determined but yet such a futile effort. I hope their human took pity on them and either got them another stick or broke that branch off.
Got an unexpected 4 day weekend. Woke up to a text saying that there’s been a water main break and there’s no water at my job. I was like ok, how long will that take to fix. Well, just as I’m about to leave, my supervisor calls and says to work remote because it may not be fixed until 6 pm. I still went in for a few hours to take care of stuff I can’t do at home. And the funny part is that by 8 am the problem was fixed! I l still decided to leave and now after checking emails, I have the rest of the day for me stuff. Plus Monday off for Martin Luther King Day. Good start to the weekend!
Bree the rooster is just adorable with his flock.
