What a squeaky baby beaver!🦫 Why does he need skin medication, is it mange? Weird how wild animals like banana, when they couldn’t get it normally.

The noises are the icing on top of an already delightful package.

I too wanted more information on Tulip the nana eating beaver, here is what I found under the video on YouTube:

Poor tulips parents were killed. She became very ill with pneumonia, bumble foot and then a horrible skin infection due to her immune system issues. She should have died. An army of us worked day and night to save her. The shirts protected her fragile skin and helped the medication absorb. The bananas were vet ordered to help her get her tiny sick body calories and nutrients. Today tulip is 1.5 years old and although stunted in growth with thin fur on her back she is thriving! She lives on our beaver sanctuary. We love beavers and will never stop fighting for them.

I will enjoy every second of Tulip’s video later.

So very happy for rescued critters and service dogs. Sending good thoughts to everyone, including the ones with paws, who’s dealing with Milton.

Really needed to watch a chunky baby beaver get into her shirt, mush nanas into her face, and then waddle all over the house. If I had a baby beaver to look after, I’d never get anything done.

If you haven’t seen recent videos about farmers learning to coexist with beavers to mitigate flooding, look them up on YouTube. Fascinating stuff–beavers have gone from fur producers to public nuisances and now flood controllers. Hope more states get the message and stop labelling them nuisances.

That beaver ate its weight in bananas
