I love that the only thing that calms Nudacris is mom’s cuddles and the baby koala using the golden as a surrogate mom and the golden loving it.
I like birds as much as the next person but I think I’d be a little scared to have so many birds fly at me at one time, I blame Hitchcock’s The Birds for traumatizing me as a child.

Nudacris, best pet name ever. I love Sphynx kittys but I was definitely getting a naked chicken running through the house vibe off of him. And so sassy too! I used to love going to the Lorikeet exhibit at the local zoo. You could buy some liquid food and they’d come and sit on your hand. And your arm. And your head. At least as long as you had food, lol. I have a pic somewhere with about 5 of them hanging out on me. I’ve seen lots of dogs on my trolley trips but never such a large one in a backpack. I think the most unusual animal I saw was someone with their pet opposum. Totally did a double take. Poor golden is so confused but really doesn’t want to hurt the baby koala. She’s like “Uhhhmm, mom could ya get this thing off me please???”
Just met lorikeet guy and now I’m even more jealous. What a beautiful flock he’s found!
