Biologists at the Ayedidmyown Research Institute have identified a new species of parasite called the Coiled Ferretworm (amplexus insanus). Affecting the nervous system, the parasite can cause uncontrollable scampering.

Looks terrifying…How much magnification is on this thing?
I see a giant roly poly bug with red eyes.
Ayedidmyown Research?
Know some tenured members of that firm.
Ferrets are so cool! I would never have one myself because of their craziness and appetite for destruction but a friend of mine had them. We actually got him a white one like this cutie for Christmas one year. Her nickname was Enh because that’s what she sounded like. Enh also had somewhat suicidal tendancies – she loved to take flying leaps off the cage door and someone was always there to grab her. I was worried what would happen if she did it and no one was there to catch her, luckily that never happened.
They’re wonderful, tube-shaped chaos goblins. A friend growing up had two, and they’d cooperate: one knocks crap off tables, shelves, whatever, and the other drags the objects under furniture. If you sat on the floor, they liked to crawl into your pant leg. Sometimes they’d pick the same leg and get into a play fight.
I don’t have any fate in the Ayedidmyown Research but I would mind scampering a bit with this cutie.
ok. the latin name wins the day. too good… and yes, I’ll be using that, thx kindly
