This just in (or rather, out): A precious Goodfellow’s Tree Kangaroo joey has made his first appearance at Australia’s Healesville Sanctuary. The soon-to-be-bouncing baby boy is the fourth offspring for his mum and dad, who are part of an international breeding program for the endangered species. (More at ZooBorns.)
Squee!
Double squeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Oh my look at the cute little head poking out, he even reached a hand out!
More Tongue-out Tuesday! Hooray!
Another tongue I want to poke!
Beyond cute!
Why aren’t we talking about the joey’s eyelashes?!!! They’re incredible. Tree kangaroos look so soft and plush.
Yet more proof that Australian animals fall into two categories, adorable or terrifying.
