A shepherd in Huesca, Spain counted his sheep a little too well and fell asleep on the job Tuesday night. Seeing their chance, all 1,300 of his flock descended on the town and woke neighbors before police corralled them. Police estimate it will take two months to issue 1,300 citations for going the wrong way in the roundabout.
