When an emaciated baby sugar glider was found outside a pub in an Australian town, it was taken to a wildlife rehabber who kept it in her shirt for warmth. In time the little flier put on weight, made some new friends, and learned to glide right out the door and into a wild wonderful life. (via Murray C.)
Many of the so-called “classic” practical jokes have been so overexposed that they often fail to have the expected effect. Gags like the joy buzzer, the whoopee cushion, and the squirting flower are easy to anticipate. But nobody is ever prepared for the obscure sugar-glider-in-the-palm trick.
