Oh, that little “meep” – and she got to kiss him! Yeow! He reminds me of my aging cat judging her leap onto the bed.

    Yay! Good job, baby lemur!

    Gotta love that pipe-cleaner tail.

The squeaking! The squeaking! Very brave! Without seeing other lemurs do it, making the leap anyway.

Agree! It would be hard to learn without seeing other lemurs do it and to trust that the human wouldn’t move her hands.

Damnation – the video doesn’t work for me…

Hi Alice – don’t know if this’ll work, but here’s the YouTube version:

(adding…hmm, I meant to just put the link, but I forgot it would show it as the actual video).

        Thanks!

I didn’t have the volume up loud enough to hear the squeakingks the first time; had to watch again. The sacrifices I make.

I think I’ve watched it at least ten times by now, and that’s probably an underestimate! It’s the squeaking and the *almost* jumps before the baby decides it’s just TOO FAR before she moves her hands close enough that, combined, slay me! So precious!!

      • allein 🐾 April 4, 2017 / 8:49 pm

        And he’s so teeny!!

      • Jendeyan April 5, 2017 / 8:12 am

You hit the nail on head. That is exactly how the slayage happens. *goes back to being ded*
