April, 1892 — Mr. Piddles, a cat living in a boarding house in Pahrump, NV, is the first to be witnessed walking on two legs. When caught, Piddles quickly dropped onto four legs and hummed “la dee da, just walkin’ like a normal cat, hum dee dum, nothing to see here…”
