😀 !! I am making the same expression as kitty here every time I get up from sitting. Uggh, while housecleaning, after vacuuming I bent over to clean behind the toilet and SPROING goes my right lower back. Oh my goodness, getting up from sitting is sooo painful. I can walk, run no problem it is sitting and getting up.
