Welcome! We have some lovely varieties for you to sample today. It’s amazing how many breeds of rabbits have names like fine wines: Blanc de Bouscat, Bourbonnais Grey, Florida White (which sounds like something one might drink from a paper bag), Rhinelander, Lionhead (well, that sounds more like a beer). Anyway, I don’t have any sort of point to make, just wanted to toss that out there.
