    I have watched this video about 30 times since I first came across it. I love watching the orangutan’s eyes. What an amazing interaction.

      Me too. it’s popping up all over FB and I can’t resist. Every time. I know some animals laugh, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen it before – at least, not so clearly.

    This is too much!

    It also shows that this orangutan has a better sense of humor than my boss/dog. If I teased my boss/dog with “disappearing food” he’d give me the stink eye and then go lie down on his bed with his butt facing me. Which I’m pretty sure violates all sorts of employment laws, but you gotta put food on the table, so……

    Thanks, NTMTOM, for showing this. I believe that most mammals – and some other animal s also – are a LOT more intelligent than humans like to believe, as to many of us are convinced of our absolute superiority over everything.
    An orangutan having a hearty belly laugh – priceless!!

    From what I’ve seen, our cousins – orangutans, gorillas, bonobos and chimpanzees (sorry if I missed any) – have a sense of humor, among other worthy traits. Some of them are probably smarter than many a politician now making the rounds…
