Gee, I dunno (slurp!), we haven’t eaten in over two hours (slurp!), and there are the five of us, after all (slurp!), so maybe you could (slurp!) bring us a backup saucer in case we (slurp!) get peckish before dinner time…
Yeah, I’m good.

That first photo takes me back to my childhood when my mom would send me to the farmer a couple of house down the road to get milk when we ran out before diner. If I got there at milking time, there was always kitten around. The farmer would always skirt some milk into their mouth and in mine too!
Yes it was strait from the cow and yeas it was un-pasteurised but it was creamy and delicious. and as my mother used to say, “you don’t fatten pigs with clear water” 😀
Wonderful story but due to site regulations I believe pictorial evidence is required. 😉
I would love to but back then (the early 60’s) photos where reserved for special occasions.
My dad has similar stories only it was him doing the milking! No pics, though. Sadly it was while he was growing up during the depression.
Those are some very happy kittens!
Don’t fall in kittehs. You will have to drink it all in order to get out! Wonderful picture. Love baby marmies.
that first pic needs to be made into a poster.
And somebody get that camel another bottle, and make it fiji this time.
