I bet you could knit* something fabulous from those long curly strands of wool! What gorgeous sheeple! I assume there are eyes in there somewhere, but it really doesn’t matter with those beyoootiful coats!
*(Why, yes, when I see sheep, my thoughts immediately turn to the yarn you can spin from their wool. If there’s anything wrong with that, don’t tell me!)

My first thought was “how would that yarn feel?”
I don’t knit, I crochet.

Have you seen the wedding dress, Patty, made by the woman from the long curly fleece of her sheep? It’s a thing of beauty indeed! Just like these lovely sheep! Although her sheep didn’t have the black accents.

I edit knitting magazines and have worked with SpinOff magazine in the past. Ravelry needs a NOMTOM group, maybe?

So many questions
Are they nice or would they poke me with their cute curly horns?
How deep would my fingers sink into the floof?
Do they get shaved? And if they do, do they look just as cute shorn? If shorn does the same coloring pattern stay?
How soft or itchy is something made from their floof?
Would a naturally deceased after a long nice life make a great taxidermy footstool for my living room? Hmm different seasonal decorations/ facial expressions. 🙂 Ha!
HahaFebruary 9, 2016 / 12:44 pm
Also, now I want to hear the tintinnabulation of the bells from AJ’s picture.

Oddly (or not), I also had a passing “hmmmm, perhaps a footstool?” thought when I regarded this photo.

I let out an audible gasp. The whole office turned to look.
OMG!!! VALAIS BLACKNOSE SHEEP!!!!!!!!!
Thanks, AuntieM. My first question was going to be “What are they?” so I can look up where to get one (or many)!
That’s some powerful, Japan-level cute, right thar. I want one. Unless one would be lonely at my house, in which case I’ll take two.
They DO look like someting Japan would cook up! ? Panda sheep, meebe?
EhHEM…
I. Want.
Nice boots.
Looks like an episode of the sheep version of The Twilight Zone.
“You see, Mr. Woolworth, we are all part of the collective. We are so very happy…join us…join us…join us…”
I’m in.
Are we sure they aren’t plushies?
I wondered the same thing!
OMG! I LOFF DEM!
They remind me of a Doctor Who episode.
The clockwork people in 18th-century France? I was thinking that too!
I was thinking of the one where Rose loses her face. “The Idiot’s Lantern”? But, yes, I can see the clockwork people.
Many faceless Who episodes there are!
They look like something Jim Henson would of dreamed up.
The Sheep of Christmas Yet to Come! But absolutely adorable and plusheep!
maybe they’re Christmas sweaters yet to be knitted.
OMG, found even better pic. Look at that little pink tongue!!!! There so cute just like a stuffie that I don’t just want one but I NEED one.
“We do SO have faces! Neeeeeaaaaahhh!“
Snerk!
